Cuyahoga Support Enforcement Agency

Welcome to the Cuyahoga Support Enforcement Agency’s (CSEA) home page. We are an agency of over 300 staff members dedicated to helping family members live better lives through our services of establishing paternity (fatherhood) and collecting and enforcing child support orders. Our caseloads mostly consist of an Obligee (the parent/grandparent/caretaker that receives child support), an Obligor (the parent that pays child support) and the child or children born to the parents.







The child support enforcement system is complex. It is our hope that this Web Site will assist you during your time with our agency. One of the best resources on this site is the Welcome to CSEA Packet. This packet answers most of the questions we receive from folks who are new to our system. We hope you find this packet helpful to you.







We are also on Facebook. Our Facebook site is consistently monitored throughout the work day. Because of strict rules on confidentiality we ask that you do not talk about your case on our Facebook page.
